"Easy to Use, Just a Bit Slow Sometimes"
I like the app overall, it’s simple and easy to figure out. It does slow down every now and then, which can be a little annoying — but for the most part, it works well.

"Quick Fix When I Needed It"

"Super convenient stop on the way home"
I really love having a Braum’s right on my route home. It makes it so easy to stop in for milk or grab a quick burger without having to drive across town. The parking is really simple too, which makes a big difference.

"Always fresh"
I grab Braum’s milk and yogurt often, and it always taste fresh to me. I’ve never gotten a sour carton or one with a weird date or anything like that. Just good dairy, simple as that.

"Really good burgers"
I had one of their burgers last night and it was better than I expected. It tasted fresh, the patty was juicy, and the bun was really soft too. I am definitely going back.

"Stopped in after work and the line…"
Stopped in after work and the line looked kind of long at first, so I was already bracing myself to wait. But then it just kept moving, like suddenly I was at the front somehow. I think it was maybe 5 minutes total? Staff was friendly enough and got my order right too, which I always appreciate. Anyway, way quicker than I expected, easy 5 stars from me.

I pretty much always check braums.com before I go. The dessert stuff gets me every time. Ice cream flavors. Sundaes. Mixes. All of it looks good, and it saves me from standing there forever trying to decide. Prices are fair too. Everything I’ve had tastes fresh. Easy 5 stars

"Fresh-Tasting Food, Just Wish the Fries Were Hotter"
I’ve had a good experience overall. The food always tastes fresh to me, which I really appreciate. The only thing I’d say is that the fries could be hotter sometimes, but other than that, I’ve been happy with it.

"So Much to Choose From"
I always end up liking Braum’s because they have a little bit of everything. Burgers, chicken, breakfast, ice cream, shakes, and even some grocery stuff if you need it. Maybe I’m too easily impressed, but it’s really nice when nobody in the car can agree on what they want and somehow everyone still finds something. My kids change their minds constantly too, so having that many options saves me a headache. I’d give it 5 stars for the variety alone.

"Handled Really Well"
Stopped by Braum’s and had a little issue with my order, but the manager handled it really well. He actually listened, didn’t seem annoyed or anything, and then, anyway, he got it fixed quick. You could just tell he cared about how the place was being run. It ended up making the visit way better than I thought it was going to be. I’ll definitely be back

My Braum's order was correct and nothing was missing, which I definitely appreciated. It did take longer than I wanted, and I was getting a little impatient waiting around, but at least the food was exactly what I asked for

"Pretty Solid Drinks Most of the Time"
I stop by Braum’s now and then when I just want a drink, and yeah, it’s usually good. The shakes are thick, like actually thick, and they taste fresh enough to tell they’re not just some weak watery thing. The iced drinks are fine too, nothing fancy, but they do the job. Sometimes they go a little heavy on the sweet stuff and it can be kind of too much, but overall I’m happy with what I get there.

"Easy Checkout"
I ordered from Braum's and the checkout went smoothly. The pages loaded fine, and I didn’t have to redo anything. Adding my info and payment was simple, with no weird pop-ups or confusing steps. I also liked that I could easily check my order details before paying. The confirmation came right away too, so that was nice. Overall, it was an easy checkout and I’d use it again.

"Still Feels Like a Good Deal"
Braum’s is one of the few places where I don’t walk out feeling like they were just trying to squeeze every extra dollar out of me. The burgers are actually filling, the ice cream is still cheap, and even the grocery section usually seems fairly priced. I’m sure part of the plan is to get you in for food and hope you grab milk or dessert too, but it works because the prices don’t feel ridiculous. It’s just an easy stop when I want something decent without spending too much
